Eat Your Feelings
Emotions - yuck! But we've all had them - those awful feelings we don't want anymore. Some of us try to eat them away with ice cream, mashed potatoes, or mac n' cheese. But why not literally eat your feelings?
I want to help the people in my life feel happier, so I bake them sugar cookies made to look like their feelings and they eat them away.
